Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the lexus888 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. lexus888 accepts no liability for failed transactions or support delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by the User.

All financial transactions on lexus888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including BTC and USDT.

lexus888 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. • Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 8x to 35x depending on the promotion type. All wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the applicable timeframe will be forfeited automatically.

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your Wallet at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing active bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, coordinated play between multiple Accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
• Referral Bonuses: lexus888 offers MYR 38 per successful referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred person to register a new Account, complete KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lexus888 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any pending withdrawal review processes.

lexus888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
